Albutt Signs For Matrix!
Top tackle sponsor for angling’s Mr Consistent.
England Feeder team ace, Grant Albutt has signed for Matrix. Grant, who is arguably the UK’s most consistent angler, is to join the company in a consultancy role.
He said: “I am over the moon to be joining Matrix, which is one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK market.
"On a personal level, I am also keen to get involved with the product development side of the business. I am sure the deal will prove really successful.”
Matrix boss, Ricky Teale added: “I am chuffed to bits to have Grant on board. He is a first-rate angler, with arguably the UK’s best record in big match events over the last few years. On top of this, he has just been picked to represent England in the World Feeder Championship in South Africa in September. He is an awesome addition to our team, and I can see this being the start of a great long-term partnership.”
Grant’s List of successes includes five White Acres Festival wins, victory in the Drennan Knockout Cup, a UK Championship win and glory in the £25,000 Parkdean Masters Final. He has also recently received the call up to the Preston Innovations England Feeder Team World Championship squad.
