Massive range of new products from Preston Innovations.

“It is the best launch in my 12 years with Preston.” When Tommy Pickering makes a statement like that you know you have to take note. Preston has developed a huge range of new tackle for 2015 and every single item looks exceptional!

First up is the innovative On Box 360. Designed to take comfort to a whole new level, the 360 offers the angler a comfortable chair setup that is combined with the adjustable legs of a seatbox. Ideal for both feeder and pole fishing, we are sure this will be a big hit with anglers everywhere. It is supplied with a zip-top side tray and the whole setup will cost £229.99.

The popular Monster luggage range has received a mega revamp for 2015 with a whole host of new ideas. The new 2+2 Hardcase Rod Holdall is particularly nice. We have all been there, trying to force three or even four made-up rods into a two-rod hardcase, this can cause no end of damage. The 2+2 eradicates those problems and allows you to safely store four rods in a holdall that is the size of a two-rod holdall. This has been achieved by a clever staggering system that works extremely well. The whole range is excellent and is available from £7.99 up to £129.99.

Everywhere you turn on fisheries in the UK anglers are wearing Preston clothing and that trend is set to continue with some great new additions to the DF clothing range. The DF 12 is the new range of clothing, featuring a nice blue colour. It is available in sizes M to XXXL and really is superb clothing. We particularly liked the new DF Gilet which gives you maximum manoeuvrability but also keeps you warm. A great product that will retail for £69.99.

Smaller items have also received some attention and two standouts for us are the Jigger Kits and Soft Cad Pots. The Jigger has become a popular method for targeting fish shallow and these new Jigger Kits give you everything you need to get the most from the approach. They will sell for £3.99. The Soft Cad Pots are an improvement on the Cad Pots and are manufactured from a lightweight soft material that will fit on a range of tip diameters. They are supplied in packs of two for £3.99.

The Space Shuttle is an incredibly effective and popular method of tackle transportation and there have been a couple of new launches to improve the range. First up for all you two-wheel shuttle owners, a four-wheel conversion kit is now available for £49.99. Second up is a clever Bucket Hoop that attaches to the front of the shuttle. This takes the weight of a groundbait-laden bucket and transfers it to the front of the shuttle making it far easier to push. These will sell for £19.99.

On the rod front, Preston has launched a six-rod range called Competition Pro. These have been designed by Dutch consultant Arnout Van De Stadt and are primarily designed as rods to cope with rivers and lakes where fish other than carp are the target. There is also a new Cabonactive Classic range which are sold at a great price and feature the classic Carbonactive actions that really put Preston rods on the scene. We also got the nod on a new range of rods that are going to be really special, however, they will not be launched until the Tackle & Guns Trade Show.
