Report: The match was a Practice/ knock up match held at Riverton Lakes, Near Barnstaple. Good mild day, with heavy showers later on.
Six anglers took to the back bank of willow lake(match lake) with good heads of skimmers and carp showing willing to feed, great day out for the lads.

1st Peter Slade 35lb 11oz... took 7 carp on the feeder and pellet, for 17lb and switch to pole at 10m with soft pellet seen him put together 18lb 11oz of skimmers.

2nd Barry Lee 34lb 10oz... took just 7 carp. one on the pole and corn up the edge for around 7lb and 5 on the bomb and bread, and one on waggler and maggot.

3rd Andy Gray 29lb 9oz... took all skimmer bag from 5m line with caster over micros,big skimmers.

4th Kevin Wilton 17lb... couple carp late on the tip, roach/skimmers.

5th kevin grant 16lb 5oz... 6 carp on feeder and maggot.

6th simon (summerlands).. 13lb.. couple carp on tip and skimmers at 10m on pole and maggot.

next Ilfracombe club match will be 15th Jan Champions of Champions held at Legge Farm.....Pegged match.
