A Mixed Start

Scotthorne leads section, but Shipp struggles.
Drennan Team England have got off to a mixed start on the second day of the 2013 World Championship in Poland.

Five Times World Champion Alan Scotthorne is leading from the front, winning his section with half an hour of the match gone. Although the going is tough in his section, Alan has taken more than a dozen fish, and is comfortably ahead of second place.

It is a different story for Des Shipp in B section however. Des has drawn a notoriously difficult area, and is lying in the bottom half of his section with two fish.

There is good news for the Welsh team, as Nigel Evans, who recorded a section second yesterday, is thought to be leading A section, and England's Will Raison is also well up in the section after a good start catching pommies.

Sean Ashby and Steve Hemmingray are also thought to be doing ok in there sections, with a dozen small fish each.

Check back soon for an update as to how the team is progressing!
