Maver team makes hot new signing
Maver Image is delighted to announce the signing of former England International and Essex County star, Peter Vasey. Peter, who is the current Irish Classic Champion, is widely regarded as one of the most talented anglers in the country on natural venues.

Formerly captain of the Sensas Oakwood Angling squad, he joins immediately and makes his Maver Image debut in the Angling Trust Winter League.

Steve Clark, Maver Image Team Captain, commented: "Obviously we are delighted that Peter has decided to join us. He is a hugely talented and well respected angler, and will add significantly to the depth and ability we already have in the squad. Peter has won just about everything there is to win in team fishing, and we hope his experience will help to push on to even more success."

Speaking about his move, Peter said: "I have had a number of very enjoyable and successful years with the Oakwood team, but now feel it is time for a change. I am really looking forward to being part of the Maver Image setup, and hope to help them compete with the best at both local and national level."
