Volkswagen dealership sign England Youth Star.

England youth international, James Dent has just signed a new sponsorship deal with Teesside Volkswagen dealership, Benfield Van Centre.

The deal will see the northeast rod receive help towards a new van, free servicing and a monthly quota of free fuel. 

James, who is also sponsored by MAP and Sensas, commented: “I am over the moon to be receiving a very generous package, from such a well-respected brand and garage. I am a customer of Benfield Van Centre anyway, as I bought my last van from them – so when I was invited in for a chat by the general manager and offered a sponsorship deal it was a no-brainer!

"Living in the northeast, I have no option but to travel long distances to fish some of the higher-profile national events, so a good quality, reliable vehicle is a necessity for me. Representing England abroad also often means lengthy ‘road trips’ across Europe, so this deal will be a massive help in all areas of my fishing really, and I am very grateful to Volkswagen and Benfield Van Centre for their support."

The Van Centre’s head of Business, Andrew Davison, commented: “As a keen fisherman myself, I know how well respected James is as an angler. He is one of the rising stars of our area, and we are delighted to be associated with him.
