Adam Wakelin fished 11 metres to the bottom of a ledge with ground bait and maggot over top to pick up three bream and a 2lb carp for a winning weight in this very close match.

The popular over 50s match saw another good turn out with 24 anglers in total. Another tight affair was won by Alan Haynes who fished top four with maggot over 2mm pellet at 4metres to pick up small carp to 4lb.
