Tuesday’s Open match was won by venue regular Luke Morley using pellet down the marsh and tight across in 18inch water to tempt the small Carp and Tench.
Steve Lane used his popular paste short along with maggot tactics to narrowly miss out on top spot and the golden peg money.

Thursday September 29 Over 50s

Thursday’s match was won by Bag ‘Ems Smudge Smith using pellets towards the island and maggots down the track from Peg 28 on Skylark.
‘Mr Consistent’, John Gooden, fished maggot close in for mainly Ide and small Barbel.

Sunday Open Match

Sunday’s Open was fished on kestrel with lake specialist Pete Andres came out on top with 47lb 08oz from fancied peg 21.  
Second place Steve Lane fished worms and caster tight across to the island at 16m from peg 6 to miss out by just 8oz.
