Leathers Takes The Lead
Massive carp on the feed.
It is thought that Andy Leathers has taken an early lead in the 2013 Parkdean Masters Final, after banking three carp, all believed to be approaching double figures. Ed Warren on peg 23 is also said to be in a strong position, with two good carp in the net.
White Acres Fishery manager, Clint Elliott said: “As I walked along the bank this morning, it was obvious that there were a lot of fish moving in between pegs 16 and 23, where the wind has been blowing quite strongly for the last few days. I really fancy the winner to come from this area – though the anglers who drew here still seemed disappointed with their draws this morning!”
Matt Godfrey and Rob Wootton have also banked good early fish, and it is thought that more will start to feed as the match goes on.
