The April issue of Match Fishing is out now!

Welcome to the April issue of Match Fishing, and it seems that spring has finally sprung after one of the wettest winters on record, so it’s time to get out and get fishing. Inside the mag this month we’ve tried to cater for most tastes, with cover star Graham West imparting some useful advice for catching everything to keep the net ticking over through a match and maximising your peg, and Will Raison sharing his bloodworm and joker tactics on the Gloucester Canal as he practises for the Sensas Challenge. Tom Scholey breaks out his springtime Method feeders and we have top anglers Mikey Williams, Matt Powell, Dave Shires, Ian Hirst and Dan Squire in pole features for skimmers, F1s and carp, in all weathers and using various baits – we’ve even got big carp in the margins covered, and it’s only April!

Our regular diarists Cam Hughes and Kye Jerrom relate how their teams fared in the big AT Winter League Final, not forgetting commercial legend Andy Power, who is back on the success trail after winter. Joe Carass tells us how to keep catching this month, we find out a little more about Andy Kinder in Last Cast and five anglers all give their answers to our question about rules. We also have all the dates and venues for our own events this year and some have sold out already, so if you want to enter don’t hang around!

There’s loads to read, plenty of tackle to see and we also have a chance for two lucky readers to each win an Okuma Invicta reel. Get in!
