It was a decision that saw him catch all match, landing carp to 10lb to amass the only ton of the competition with a level 118lb. Second placed Roy Butterfield also fished the pole but with corn out at 7m and down both margins for carp to 7lb, just heading off the tight completion behind him with 84lb 7oz.
