Have Your Say

Winter League survey launched.

A survey has been launched to gather opinions and ideas from match anglers about the Winter League.

The survey aims to improve satisfaction among existing Winter League anglers, as well as increase the number of competitors countrywide, and create more leagues. Clubs, fisheries and league organisers are invited to take part regardless of their previous experience with the Winter League.

Ben Thompson, the creator of the survey,  explained: “The Winter League is an essential part of the match scene and it’s vital that we establish what anglers would like to see changed, and put their thoughts into motion. I’ve spoken to anglers from around the country at various levels and I’m keen to gather as many opinions as possible.

“We want to know how match anglers, clubs, fisheries and league organisers think we could improve the Winter League. There are now more demands on people’s time, and what was fit for purpose in the past may not be appropriate now. I greatly encourage anyone with an interest in match angling to complete the survey so we can improve what we have to offer.”

The survey runs until January 31st, 2014 and can be found by clicking here.
