The water is still cold and being able to use a small feeder at distance is a massive edge. For a long time anglers have had to use small, adapted and cut-down rocket feeders, but no longer as AS feeders has developed a Mini Bullet Feeder.
Side trays are an essential item of tackle for the comfort and organisation of your session. And as match anglers we are using larger and larger side trays, especially when wading on natural waters.
One huge problem that anglers have been faced with is supporting the weight on these large side trays. Supporting legs are the common choice but there are situations when you cannot use them – deep margins or narrow commercial platforms being just two cases.
What makes a good shot? We’d say one that has an open, even cut, that can be nipped on to thick and thin lines and stays in place, but can also be moved without damaging the line.
Available in sizes from No8 to No12, that’s exactly what the new Guru shot is. Sourced from the renowned ZLT shot producer, each batch is specially inspected for consistency and quality. In the neat and compact containers, which are secure but also easy to open without spillages, they’re sure to be a big hit with matchmen.
