The men in orange take gold thanks to a fantastic two-day display.
Finishing on a two-day total of 38 points, the Netherlands took the title by a six-point margin from Czech Republic who finished on 44.
For Drennan Team England it was a disappointing Day Two as the anglers failed to improve on their Day One score and slumped to a 16th placed finish.
It was a disappointing result for the team following last year's gold, but the venue turned out to be a bridge too far.

After Day One of the 61st World Championships in Croatia, it is looking unlikely that Drennan Team England will be able to add another gold to their tally.
As was predicted the venue has proved to be an extremely tough nut to crack with many of the favoured teams struggling to get to grips with it. The draw also seemingly playing its part in the results.

Since our last post the official standings have been released and its looking difficult to see any way back for England who have finished lower than previously thought.
Labouring down in 14th place, it would be easy to believe that they can’t get a medal of any colour but given the unpredictability of the venue anything could happen.

Steve Hemingray to sit out on Day One
Drennan Team England has announced the team for the first day of the World Championship, with last year's silver medallist Hemingray missing out.
The team will be Sean Ashby, Will Raison, Alan Scotthorne, Des Shipp and making his World Championship debut, Callum Dicks.
England will be looking to add yet another gold medal to their tally, but the demanding venue is certainly going to prove a tough nut to crack for the team.
Held on a man-made channel that serves as flood relief between Lake Dubrava and the River Drava, the anglers have had to cope with a torrent of a venue with exceptionally strong flows.
England feeder team pairing Adam Wakelin and new UK Champion Rob Wootton are setting a blistering pace in the World Pairs in Ireland. Arguably the two most in-form anglers in the UK at the moment, the dynamic duo have a colossal 42 kilo lead over the second placed pairing of Steve and Phil Ringer.
Caught on a mix of both pole and feeder tactics, Adam and Rob are proving unstoppable having caught weights to a fantastic 28 kg, with roach, skimmers, hybrids and perch making up the catches.
With the event being decided on weight, the event is still far from won for the pair, but it would take a phenomenal last two days for the chasing pack to catch the leaders.
Quality fishing for a great cause. Hot new Redditch venue, Lower Park Fisheries, is running a charity match this September in aid of the British Heart Foundation.
The match, which is to be held on September 21st, will be just £12 (which includes hot dogs and tea) to enter with the top three on each pool being paid out.
There is also a vast amount of donated prizes, which the top five overall will receive.

Maver Image win Match Fishing Team ChampionshipTop southeast team Maver Image has won the Match Fishing Team Championship on Evesham's River Avon. Their victory came after a very close finish, which saw them top the tally with a final score of 55 points. Runners-up, Kamasan Starlets finished just a single point behind the leaders, with Drennan Barnsley coming in third with 51 points. The winning team, was made up of Simon Colclough, Danny Grimsey, Pete Vasey, James Durakalic and Garry Miller.
Bonus tench seals the win for DesDes Shipp has been crowned the 2014 Wychavon champion, after a close fought battle on Evesham’s River Avon. The Preston Innovations-backed ace, and England international, picked up the £2,000 winner's cheque, after weighing in 8-1-0 from end Peg 1 on the Crown Meadow. A delighted Des explained: “I am over the moon to have won, what I regard as one of the most prestigious river fishing titles out there. I was pleased with my draw this morning, not least because my good friend and England teammate, Will Raison fished the peg yesterday, and his information was a massive help, given the fact that I don’t know the water very well.
Chub bag wins Evesham Individual ChampionshipGarbolino, and ABC Baits-backed ace Lee Edwards has won the Evesham Individual Championship, with a 15-12-0 net of chub. Drawn on Peg 35, the River Avon’s confluence with the River Isbourne, Lee included fish to 2lb 8oz in his net. He told Match Fishing: “I am over the moon to win an event as prestigious as this. Evesham Festival this weekend set to be the best ever.

Drennan Barnsley Blacks take Division 1 crown on the River Trent A total of 42 teams (420 competitors) fished the River Trent on various sections of the river from the non-tidal section downstream of Nottingham to the tidal section upstream of Torksey in the Angling Trust Division 1 National Championship on Saturday, August 9th, 2014.
Weather conditions were far from ideal, with bright sunshine and blustery winds generally blowing downstream with the current. Recent rains had put just a tinge of colour in the water, but on the tidal stretches the river ran out from the top of the tide soon after the start whistle.
In a dramatic race for the team title, Barnsley & District just pipped Shakespeare Superteam by a single point with 336 points.
